Flyttstädning – instruktioner för olika rum

Köket

• Dra fram spisen och rengör sidor, bakstycke, vägg och golv.
  Rengör spisen, plattor eller häll och ugnen inuti med plåtar/galler.
• Rengör köksfläkten både in- och utvändigt. Ta loss och rengör filtret.
• Frosta av kyl och frys. Rengör in- och utsidor samt dörrlisterna. Lämna dörrarna öppna.
• Torka ur alla skåp och lådor. Glöm inte överkanter och ovansidor.
• Om diskmaskin finns – rengör silen och insidan.

Badrummet

• Rengör handfat, blandare och undersidor.
• Rengör toalettstolen noggrant, även utsidor och krök.
• Rensa golvbrunnen.
• Rengör badkar, även under och bakom fronten.
• Tvätta kakel, fogar och duschväggar från kalk- och tvålrester.

Rummen

• Torka ur garderober, hyllor och lådor.
• Rengör alla dörrar och dörrkarmar – glöm inte överkanterna.
• Rengör elementen och även bakom dem.
• Putsa fönster på alla sidor, även mellan rutorna där det är möjligt.
• Torka fönsterkarmar, golvlister och eluttag rena.

Tvättmaskin/tumlare

• Rengör tvättmaskinens trumma, gummilist och tvättmedelsfack.
• Rengör luddfiltret i torktumlare eller torkskåp.
• Rensa golvbrunn och torka av tvättbänk och grovho.

Övrigt

• Balkong, förråd, vind och källare ska vara tömda och städade.

Cleaning Requirements - Before Moving Out

Before you move out, the apartment must be thoroughly cleaned. Follow all instructions below. All surfaces must be free from dust, dirt, grease, limescale, stains, and soap residue. The cleaning must be carried out so carefully that the next tenant can move in without any additional work.

If the cleaning does not meet the requirements, Krambo may need to hire a cleaning company.

The cost will be charged to you. The minimum charge is 1500 SEK.

Kitchen

• Pull out the stove and clean the sides, back, wall, and floor.
• Clean the stove, burners or hob, and the inside of the oven including trays/racks.
• Clean the kitchen fan both inside and outside. Remove and clean the filter.
• Defrost the fridge and freezer. Clean inside and outside, including door seals. Leave doors open.
• Wipe all cabinets and drawers. Don’t forget the top edges and upper surfaces.
• If a dishwasher is present – clean the filter and the inside.

Bathroom

• Clean the sink, faucet, and underside.
• Clean the toilet thoroughly, including the outside and the bend.
• Clean the floor drain.
• Clean the bathtub, including underneath and behind the front panel.
• Wash tiles, grout, and shower walls to remove limescale and soap residue.

Rooms

• Wipe inside wardrobes, shelves, and drawers.
• Clean all doors and door frames – don’t forget the top edges.
• Clean the radiators, including behind them.
• Clean windows on all sides, including between panes where possible.
• Wipe window frames, baseboards, and electrical outlets.

Laundry Room (if applicable)

• Clean the washing machine drum, rubber seal, and detergent compartment.
• Clean the lint filter in the dryer or drying cabinet.
• Clean the floor drain and wipe down the laundry bench and utility sink.

Other

• Balcony, storage rooms, attic, and basement must be emptied and cleaned.
